Our veg box is the highlight of my week!

We count ourselves very lucky to live somewhere where we can benefit from a scheme like Teign Greens. We are vegetarians that love to cook fresh, and have for a long time been depressed by the shrink-wrapped, long-distance reality of shopping for vegetables in this country... it seemed that to find something local and organic had to cost the earth. But by subscribing to Teign Greens, we know that we are supporting local agriculture, and local small business, and that the vegetables we eat aren't harming us or the planet. And getting the 'What's In Your Bag?' email every week really helps with meal planning!

We absolutely love having fresh, seasonal, organic vegetables every week from Teign Greens. Knowing that all our veg has been grown just a few kilometres from our house is brilliant. Not only is the veg contributing to us eating more sustainably, it is also absolutely delicious and has encouraged us to experiment with new recipes. Holly and Tim are so helpful and friendly and have done an amazing job in getting a local veg scheme up and running.
